Once you place an order on our website, our team begins processing it promptly. You will receive an order confirmation call.

Shipping Charges:

We offer standard shipping charges i.e., Rs. 199.

Shipping Location:

We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Which means we ship everywhere within Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated Delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/contact number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its location.

Delivery Issues:

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Change of Shipping Info:

If you need to change your shipping info after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing order. Info changes may affect delivery times.

You'll receive your Sparx package sealed in branded flyers, featuring the Sparx logo. The product is visible through a transparent section for your convenience.

Missing or Damaged Packages:

All Sparx packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. In order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience please take the following steps:

  1. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.
  2. We request you to not sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and contact our Customer Service +92 42 35452251-2 to get the package replaced.
  3. Make a video of the package while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This step would help us accommodate in case the product is damaged or missing.
  4. If you find that the product in the box is tampered with or missing when you open the package, please contact our Customer Service at +92 42 35452251-2 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Return to Sender:

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
