- Wrong Product Delivered:
- If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item.
- Upon receiving the wrong product back, we will either dispatch the correct product or process a refund within 7 working days.
- The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging and sealed in its original packaging.
- All accompanying documents such as purchase receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and accessories should be included with the product.
- Receipt of Damaged Goods:
- If you receive damaged goods, you may claim a refund. However, you must provide video proof of the damage.
- We advise customers to record a video while unboxing the product from its delivery packaging. This video will serve as evidence of the received damaged item.
- For mobile phones, issues related to performance and related services will be addressed by our Aftersales department.
- Important Notes:
- Video proof must be provided at the time of unboxing; claims with videos recorded after unboxing will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund, return, or product exchange requests for purchases made on sparx.pk will be managed exclusively by the Sparx team.
